Job Title: Social Media Personnel

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a qualified Social media strategist to join our team. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness
  • As a Social media personnel, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way. If you have a creative way of thinking and of presenting our brand through multiple social media channels, we would like to make you part of our team
  • Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company web presence is aligned with our marketing strategies and same foe our clients


Job Description

  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
  • Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches
  • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a degree is required
  • At least 1-3 years work experience
  • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills


Job Title: Graphics / Web Designer

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative Graphic/Web Designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our developers and social media team. The goal is to get the clients’ message across


Job Description

  • Cultivate a solid body of work
  • Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Understand project requirements and concepts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of an HND is required
  • At least 1-3 years work experience
  • Proven graphics/web designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, CSS, Opencart among others.
